Our rigorous pre-employment screening includes criminal record checks, reference checks, credit checks, employment history verification, and education verification. We also obtain driver's abstracts, and ensure that our candidates have completed WHMIS and Health & Safety Awareness Training.
We arrange and coordinate client interviewing schedules, debrief candidates and clients after each interview, and conduct professional background checks and performance references with former supervisors and colleagues.
We coordinate with the hiring manager to negotiate and finalize an acceptable offer, assist the successful candidate in resigning from their current position, and follow up with the client and new hire after placement to ensure a successful onboarding experience.
